No international shipping, US only. We no longer except PO Boxes as valid Shipping Addresses.

  • Free ground shipping on all orders. Not valid on previous purchases. 

Standard Ground Shipping is 5 to 7 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and/or holidays will be entered the next working business day. 

When you place an order on, you will receive an order confirmation message immediately. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send another email with tracking information. We ship Monday through Friday only. Standard shipping is usually delivered in 5 to 7 business days.

Sales Tax

As of January 1, 2015 we have sales tax nexus in all states and are required to collect sales tax nationwide where applicable. The sales tax for a purchase is based upon the zip code where the merchandise is shipped.



We feel confident you will be happy with your purchase. However, if the need arises, you may return your unworn shoes within 60 days for a refund. Returns are easy at Just follow these simple steps:

For a quick, efficient return: 

  1. Please include a completed form within your return with your full name, address, phone number, email address and order number, if known. 
  2. Re-package your order and place the completed return form inside the box. Item(s) must be returned in the original brand box (packaging).

  3. On your return shipping label, write your order number, if known. (An order number helps speed up your transaction. If you check out with an account, your order number is available in the My Account section of Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We recommend that you insure your return or send it in a traceable method. is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse. Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise. Returns can take up to 2 weeks for processing after they are received.

To help defray the costs of returning items to us, we will add 200 Rewards Points to your Rykafit Rewards account. Generally, points will be deposited within 48-72 hours after processing the returned shipment. Points can be redeemed for $10 off of a future purchase (points are not redeemable for cash).
