We strive to expedite your order quickly and efficiently.
- Orders for in stock merchandise placed on rykafit.com are generally shipped within one business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will generally be shipped on Monday.
- Orders are generally shipped from Beaverton, Oregon. Some orders or items may ship from Chino, California.
- Ground service orders will take approximately 3-5 business days going to the West Coast, 5-7 business days going to the Central Region, and 7-10 business days going to the East Coast.
- Express Orders will take 2-3 business days from when they ship. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship express orders to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or APO addresses.
- Rykä FIT will gladly ship to all Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO Addresses. Please provide an appropriate postal service address as these orders will ship via postal service priority mail.
- Rykä FIT will ship to Canadian customers via the postal service. Please keep in mind that all Canadian orders are subject to custom fees and duties and are the responsibility of the customer. Custom fees and duties range from 26-35% depending on your location. Orders to Canada may be subject to additional charges.
- From time to time, Rykä FIT may offer free shipping for specified orders. The free shipping offers apply to orders shipped to destinations in the contiguous United States via our standard ground shipping method.
We take pride in our reputation for quality, value as well as our customer service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Rykä FIT we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund. Returns/exchanges will be accepted up to 45 days from purchase date. We are happy to accept back merchandise in a clean and unworn condition.
For a quick, efficient return:
- Please return merchandise in original condition, unused and unworn. For recycling purposes we request that you do not affix tape or address labels directly to the surface of the shoe box. Please indicate reason for return on the back of the invoice.
- Ship merchandise prepaid via UPS or via insured or traceable Parcel Post with the United States Postal Service (generally the least costly method). A return address label can be found on the lower left hand portion of the invoice enclosed with the original shipment (or see below for return address). Please include a copy of invoice with your return.
- To help defray the costs of returning items to us, we will add 200 Rewards Points to your Ryka FIT Rewards account per return shipment (i.e. two pairs returned in the same shipment will receive the 200 point credit). Generally, points will be deposited within 48 hours of processing the returned shipment here. Points can be redeemed for $10 off of a future purchase (points are not redeemable for cash).
- If a mistake was made on our part (i.e. incorrect item sent, defective merchandise within the first 90 days) we will gladly reimburse shipping charges (up to $10.00).
- All replacement orders are sent without a shipping charge (replacement orders must be called in to our customer service department for the shipping charge to be waived). Otherwise, shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- Refunds on returns, exchanges, and reimbursements will be made in the form of a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase.
